This SWAP programme helps adults build skills and discover employment opportunities within Health and Social sector. The programme supports workplace skill development, confidence building, math improvement, understanding mental health and first aid, as well as CV writing and interview skills. It also guarantees interviews and provides support with interview clothing if needed. The available roles include support workers, healthcare assistants, welfare officers, drivers, childcare staff, facilities roles, kitchen porters, hospital porters, cleaners, and care coordinators. To be eligible, you must be 19 or older, a UK resident for at least three years, have the right to work in the UK, and be in receipt of benefits or on a low income.
