Apprenticeships help you to grow and enhance your business by equipping your workforce with new skills and qualifications. They provide tailored training, targeted to the needs of your workplace, helping you to respond to the ever-changing and challenging landscape.

An apprenticeship combines practical skills alongside a knowledge-based qualification, which is gained through developing a portfolio that matches the needs of your business. With the apprenticeships levy and government incentives, now is the time for you to hire an apprentice or use apprenticeships to upskill your existing workforce.

At West London College, we can help you to recruit an apprentice or upskill your current employees as apprentices. Our aim is to help develop a fully trained and motivated workforce that will make a vital contribution to the success of your business.
