Ealing Borough Council works with developers across the borough to help them fulfil their employment and skills S106 planning obligations. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with developers and residents and matching suitable candidates to roles within the construction sector to achieve the strategic goals aligned to Ealing’s Council Plan 2022 – 2026 of 10,000 new jobs.

You will be providing one to one support and guidance to residents and getting involved in employment projects and events.

1. Experience of recruitment in the construction industry

2. Experience of delivering programmes/projects supporting people into sustained employment

3. Experience of working with people in deprived communities

4. Experience of working with partner agencies to inspire them to contribute to common goals.

5. Experience of implementing partnership projects

6. Experience of contributing to the development and management of multi-agency partnership projects or programmes

7. Experience of mainstreaming our qualities issues

8. Experience of working in more than one of the publics, private and/or voluntary sectors

1) Relevant qualifications and experience. (project management, experience of working with developers, experience of working in the construction Industry)

2) Evidence of continuous professional development
